Research and application of new technology for drum water level measurement has passed identification.

  

      In July 2, 2006, the China Institute of electrical engineering held a project of"technical research and application of boiler drum water level measurement"in Beijing.

 

      Chairman of the Identification Commission is assumed by the original power planning institute, deputy chief engineer, senior engineer Hou Ziliang Liu Jizhen, professor and President of North China Electric Power University, and vice chairman of the Department of safety supervision of State Grid Corporation of China, Li Qinglin appointes to be a member.Relevant experts like  Gao Wei, Yan Junjie, Xu Jigang, Li Songhua, Liu, Wang, Qi Wei Hou Yunhao, Wang Shunguo participate in the review.The appraisal committee hears the research reports, technical reports, test reports, user reports and novelty search reports of the units completed by the project, After careful and full discussion, the project has been evaluated in a practical and realistic way.

 

        The conclusion is that:New technology of boiler drum water level measurement of researching and development of this project included:HDSC-NZDJ internal conductivity electrode type level indicator, HDSC-DNZ drum internal constant head chamber ,HDSC-GJT steam jacketed probr type water column,HDSC-WDP steam jacketed bi-color water gauge glass,under full limit working condition,Full scale single chamber balance container for drum water level and HDSC technology of multi-aperture between drum and measuring device,Three measuring principles of covering differential pressure, electrode type and mica type.The deviation of measured values between different gauges is within 30mm.  It can meet the needs of normal operation and large amount of measurement under special circumstances. Field test and application practice show that, this technique has high measuring accuracy, its safe and reliable, it has a broad application prospect.  After checking new retrieval, the key technologies have not been reported abroad.  The appraisal committee agreed that the overall technology of the project was at the leading level in China.
