HDSC hold a training on technology, product quality, personnal quality  and safety

      In order to improve the technical level of the employees, ensure product quality, improve the overall quality of staffs and enhance employee safety awareness, HDSC held a three-day training on technology, product quality, personnel quality and safety.

      Technology training was supported by general manager Liu Jichuan, manager of engineering department Cui Mingsi, chief engineer Gao Qingwen, manager assistant of production department Zu Liang, engineer of the engineering department Zhang Ji. They introduced the company's products, technology improvement and development of new products to all staff in details. Tian Xiufen, management representative, made a summary statement on ISO9001:2000 quality management system and came up with some modification proposals on problems in the operation of the system. During the training, they played videos on "success" and "behavior" and invited senior engineer in Qinhuangdao Power Plant, Mr Lv Delin, to deliver a speech on “Perception of life philosophy”. Cao Jinmei, engineer in quality inspection and safety department, taught them safety precautions during construction and conducted a safety test. Zeng Qunfang, regional manager in marketing department, gave a speech on “Sales concept”.

     This training gave all staff a better understanding of technical connotation of company products, quality management and safety requirements. At the same time it helped them open up their horizons and increased their knowledge. The training proved to be a success.
